| Total Automotive could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Quickly found and fixed an extra ongoing issue with our vehicle that we had tried to have addressed three previous times at different service centres. Cold air at last (issue was with A/C)! Also managed to get vehicle done with time to spare on a day that we had other commitments requiring travel. Will absolutely be bringing our vehicles back for regular service and when things need fixing. |

| Although the bill was high the work needed to be done. Appreciated you took the time to explain in detail the issues and solved my concerns. You picked up my truck and brought it to shop which was helpful while working. With the amount work that needed too be done you took care of it quickly. Like the visual pictures explaining the concerns and after the work done you staff showed me the work completed. I will definitely be coming back. The care is next. Thank you. |
