I always get a detailed report emailed to me as to what repairs are needed and what repairs are recommended. I can then give them the go ahead with what I am comfortable with what to get done right away and what will wait. |

| I was very satisfied with the service performed on my vehicle. I had experienced issues trying to have my specific issue dealt with at another shop and when Total Automotive was recommended to me by a coworker I called and was able to have the service I required completed in a short time frame. The staff there were honest and provided an extensive report detailing the work recommended and suggested items to watch out for. Very competitive pricing as well. At least 50% less than what was quoted at a local dealer to assess and fix the same problem. Well done Chaps!! |
